1. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to access or use the Services. By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting payment, purchasing a subscription, enrolling in coaching services, or otherwise using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any applicable supplemental service agreements and the Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to “you” and “your” will include that entity.
2. Description of Services
ABI Methodology™ provides access to educational and business development resources designed for financial planners and related professionals. The Services may include subscription-based access to digital books, a video library, articles, guides, frameworks, methodologies, templates, tools, and other non-downloadable educational materials related to business development, marketing, client relationship management, and related professional growth strategies.
ABI Methodology™ may also provide one-on-one coaching services tailored to information provided by you, including your business objectives, current practices, challenges, and other relevant business information. Coaching services are intended to provide educational guidance, strategic insights, and recommendations to support your business development efforts.
The Services, including all content and coaching, are provided solely for informational and educational purposes. ABI Methodology™ does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, compliance, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and determining how to apply any information, strategies, recommendations, or materials provided through the Services.
ABI Methodology™ does not guarantee or warrant any specific results, outcomes, or improvements from use of the Services, including but not limited to increased revenue, client acquisition, assets under management, referrals, business growth, profitability, productivity, or professional performance. Your results may vary based on numerous factors, including your individual circumstances, implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside of ABI Methodology™’s control.
ABI Methodology™ reserves the right to modify, update, expand, limit, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services, content, features, or offerings at any time, subject to any applicable obligations under these Terms or applicable law.
3. Account Registration and Authentication
3.1 Passwordless Login
The website uses passwordless authentication, allowing you to log in without creating or entering a password. Instead, the website sends a secure, one-time login link to the email address you provide.
The login link confirms that you have access to the email account associated with your account. Links are time-limited, may only be used once, and expire after a limited period.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and preventing unauthorized access, as access to your email may allow others to access your account.
3.2 Account Information
To create an account, you must provide your first name, last name, and email address. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
Because the Services use passwordless authentication, you must provide an email address that you own or are authorized to use and can access. You are responsible for maintaining access to and the security of your email account.
3.3 Unauthorized Access
Your account is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or accessed by any other person. Login links are provided solely for your individual use and must not be forwarded, shared, or provided to third parties.
You may not request, obtain, or use another user's login link, access another person's account, or attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures. Any unauthorized access, sharing of account access, or misuse of the Services may result in immediate suspension, restriction, or termination of your account without notice.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Subscription Access
Your subscription grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital books, videos, and other content provided through the Services during your active subscription period. This license permits you to use the content for your own business development, marketing, and client relationship management activities.
This license provides access rights only and does not transfer any ownership interest or intellectual property rights in the content, ABI Methodology™ framework, or related materials. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, resell, share, or use the content to create, market, or provide competing products, services, training programs, or educational materials without prior written permission from ABI Methodology™.
Your access is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable subscription fees. Access rights will terminate upon cancellation, expiration, suspension, or termination of your subscription or account.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments for the Services are processed through Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize Stripe to process payments, store payment information, and handle payment transactions in accordance with Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
ABI Methodology™ does not collect, store, or process your full payment card number or other sensitive payment card information. Stripe provides ABI Methodology™ with limited payment-related information, such as transaction identifiers, payment status, and subscription status, solely for purposes of managing your account, providing access to the Services, and administering your subscription.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information and for ensuring that your payment method remains valid. Any questions or concerns regarding payment processing may be directed to Stripe or ABI Methodology™, as applicable.
4.3 Auto-Renewal
Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period for the applicable subscription term and fee. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize ABI Methodology™ and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge your designated payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date through the account management process provided by ABI Methodology™ or as otherwise instructed. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid or provide a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.
Renewal pricing and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase and may be updated from time to time. If subscription pricing changes, ABI Methodology™ will provide notice of the updated pricing before the next renewal date.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, fails, is reversed, or is otherwise not successfully processed, ABI Methodology™ may suspend or restrict your access to the Services until payment is successfully completed. We may also update billing information, retry payment processing, or take other reasonable steps to collect amounts owed.
You remain responsible for all subscription fees and other charges incurred before suspension or termination. Access may be restored after successful payment, but ABI Methodology™ does not guarantee reinstatement and reserves the right to terminate accounts with unpaid balances.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases and subscription fees are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise determined by ABI Methodology™ in its sole discretion.
Because the Services provide immediate access to digital content, subscription materials, and other resources, fees are charged for access to the Services and are not based on whether or how much content you view or use. Canceling a subscription will prevent future renewal charges but does not entitle you to a refund or credit for any fees already paid or any unused portion of a subscription period.
If you experience an issue with the Services or believe there are exceptional circumstances that warrant consideration, you may contact customer support. ABI Methodology™ will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but any refund or credit provided is discretionary and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar circumstances.
6. One-on-One Coaching Services
Users requesting one-on-one coaching services may be required to provide additional business information, including company name, organization size, number of financial advisors, business goals, and other information relevant to the coaching engagement. You represent that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide such information.
Coaching services are provided for educational and business development purposes only and are intended to provide guidance, strategies, and recommendations based on information provided by you. ABI Methodology™ does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance advice.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any strategies, recommendations, or actions discussed during coaching sessions. ABI Methodology™ does not guarantee any specific results, including increased revenue, client acquisition, assets under management, referrals, business growth, or performance improvements.
Coaching availability, scheduling, cancellation, and any applicable fees or limitations may be subject to additional terms provided at the time coaching services are purchased.
Coaching sessions may be conducted through third-party video conferencing platforms. Your use of such platforms may be subject to the applicable terms, conditions, and privacy practices of those third-party providers.
7. Confidentiality
ABI Methodology™ recognizes that users may provide confidential or sensitive business information in connection with one-on-one coaching services, including information regarding business operations, growth strategies, marketing activities, personnel, and other non-public business matters (“Confidential Information”).
ABI Methodology™ will use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information and will use such information solely for purposes of providing coaching services, delivering the Services, and improving its offerings. ABI Methodology™ will not disclose Confidential Information to third parties except (i) with your consent, (ii) as necessary to provide the Services through authorized service providers, or (iii) as required by applicable law or legal process.
Confidential Information does not include information that ABI Methodology™ can demonstrate: (a) is publicly available through no breach of these Terms; (b) was already known to ABI Methodology™ without an obligation of confidentiality; (c) is received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality; or (d) is independently developed without use of the Confidential Information.
You should not provide ABI Methodology™ with confidential information belonging to your clients, employers, business partners, or other third parties unless you have obtained all necessary authorization to do so.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials provided through the Services, including digital books, videos, articles, guides, graphics, trademarks, the ABI Methodology™ framework, proprietary concepts, business development strategies, processes, methodologies, workflows, training methods, know-how, and related materials (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by ABI Methodology™ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your own business development, marketing, and client relationship management activities. This license permits you to apply the concepts and strategies contained in the Content within your own business but does not transfer any ownership interest or intellectual property rights in the Content.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by ABI Methodology™, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display the Content;
- Share, sell, sublicense, or provide access to the Content to any other person or entity, including employees, colleagues, contractors, or other members of your organization;
- Record, screen capture, scrape, download, extract, or otherwise reproduce Content from the Services;
- Use the Content to create, market, sell, or provide competing products, services, coaching programs, training materials, courses, publications, or educational resources;
- Incorporate the Content or substantially similar concepts derived from the Content into any commercial offering;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Content; or
- Use ABI Methodology™’s trademarks, branding, framework, or proprietary materials in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or authorization.
Any rights granted under this license automatically terminate upon expiration, cancellation, suspension, or termination of your subscription or account.
Any feedback, suggestions, recommendations, or ideas you provide regarding the Services may be used by ABI Methodology™ without restriction or obligation, provided that ABI Methodology™ does not disclose your confidential business information.
Any unauthorized use of the Content may result in suspension or termination of your account and may subject you to legal liability.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Services only for your personal, authorized use and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Share, forward, or provide login links or account access to any other person;
- Allow employees, colleagues, advisors, clients, or other third parties to access your account or subscription;
- Purchase or use a subscription on behalf of another person or allow multiple users to access a single-user subscription;
- Attempt to access another user's account or obtain another user's login link;
- Circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass any access controls, authentication measures, or security features;
- Use automated tools, scraping technologies, or other methods to copy, extract, download, or redistribute content;
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content provided through the Services without prior written permission; or
- Engage in fraudulent activity or any other misuse of the Services.
We reserve the right to monitor account activity, including access patterns, IP addresses, device information, and other technical data, to detect unauthorized access, account sharing, or misuse of the Services. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
10. Data Practices and Privacy
ABI Methodology™ collects and processes personal information as necessary to provide, maintain, and administer the Services, including creating and managing accounts, authenticating users, processing subscriptions, providing customer support, protecting the Services, and enforcing these Terms.

ABI Methodology™ uses third-party service providers, including providers that support payment processing, customer relationship management, authentication, hosting, video conferencing, analytics, marketing automation, and other business operations. These providers may process information on our behalf in connection with providing, administering, improving, and securing the Services.
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
The Services may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to understand website usage, improve functionality, analyze performance, support marketing activities, and enhance the user experience. Additional information regarding these technologies and your choices is provided in our Privacy Policy.
11. Suspension and Termination
ABI Methodology™ may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe that you:
- Violate these Terms or any applicable law;
- Share, redistribute, misuse, or attempt to improperly access the Services or Content;

ABI Methodology™ may also suspend, modify, or discontinue the Services, or terminate accounts, for business, operational, or technical reasons. Where reasonably practicable, ABI Methodology™ will provide advance notice of any material discontinuation or termination, subject to any applicable refund obligations.
Termination or suspension for cause does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or reimbursement of amounts previously paid. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations incurred before termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABI Methodology™ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
