1. Introduction

This privacy policy (the “Policy”) sets forth the types of information that ABI Methodology™ LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company”, “us”, or “we”), may collect from you (the “User” or “you”) or that you may provide when you visit or access the website www.abimethodology.com (the "Services") and our practices for collecting, using, and disclosing that information. This Policy applies only to information we collect via your use of the Services or via any message or correspondence between you and Company.

By using the Services, User expressly agrees to be bound by this Policy, and by its continued use, User indicates its continued acceptance of the Policy. 2. No One Under the Age of 18

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years. No one under the age of eighteen (18) may register as a User of the Services or provide any information to the Services. Additionally, no User may provide any information to or through the Services regarding any individual who is under eighteen (18) years of age. In the event the Company becomes aware of any information in its possession regarding any individual who is under the age of eighteen (18), the Company will delete such information as soon as practicable. 1. The following personally identifiable information is collected by the Company: (a) first and last name, and (b) email address (collectively, the “Personal Information”). Through your use of the Services, you may also provide to us or any third-party service or product provider whose products or services are integrated or embedded within the Services (the “Third-Party Providers”) certain other information voluntarily; and/or
2. Information which does not specifically identify you, such as any information regarding your use of products and services of our Third-Party Providers or affiliate or other links within the Services you may interact with while using the Services.

You represent and warrant that the Personal Information you provide to us in order to register as a User of the Services is true and correct in all respects. 4. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information other than the Personal Information as set forth in Section 3(i) above. The Services may require that you provide certain personally identifiable information to certain of our Third-Party Providers and/or that certain of our Third-Party Providers may have access to certain of your information. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not collect, process, access or store your credit card information or other information that you provide directly to any Third-Party Provider. 5. Automatic Data Collection Technologies; Opt-Out

Through your use of the Services, certain information may be automatically collected via certain automatic data collection technologies. This information may include, without limitation:

2. Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

The technologies we use for automatic data collection may include cookies or browser cookies or other similar technologies. A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer.

The Services do not respond to web browser “do not track” signals or similar automated privacy signals.

9. Changes to Our Policy

This Policy may be amended from time to time by Company. All changes to the Policy are effective when posted by the Company. Notice of the new or revised Policy shall be posted on the Services for at least sixty (60) days after such revision. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of a revised Policy means that you accept and agree to the revised Policy. You are obligated to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
